Ravi Kunduru

Founder & CEO

Ravi Kunduru brings a unique mixture of business acumen and technical expertise, thanks to decades of successful entrepreneurship, “living the dream” right from starting his first company at the age of 19.

Ravi is the founder and CEO of QurHealth and drives strategy, Innovation, Growth and, Customer experience by championing our cause, “Saving Lives Super Proactively.”

He is also the President and Chairman of Ventech Solutions Inc., which manages the world’s largest quality healthcare data for the US government touching millions of patients quality of care. Under Ravi’s leadership Ventech grew 14 times and is recognized as a thought leader in the GovHealth industry since 2015. Ravi’s vision for Ventech attracted several best in class senior leadership executives at Ventech, who prides “People 1st | Servant Leadership” culture and its mission serving government agencies.

Randy Fogle brings over 30+ years of financial management, controls and independent audit experience for various companies from startups to multi billion dollars government contractors. As CFO, Randy provides timely, accurate, and reliable financial information while upholding strong financial management and accountability, enhancing internal controls.

Randy has led consulting engagements in cost management, performance management, strategic planning, budgeting, government contract compliance, reporting, and organizational change including M&A transactions.

Ravi Kiran

Chief Technology Officer & Chief Software Architect

Ravi Kiran brings over 30 years of full spectrum technology expertise from Embedded to Enterprise Systems, Architecture and design, Application life cycle, Cloud, IoT, AI and Sensor solutions. As the CTO and Chief Software Architect of QurHealth, Kiran focusses on productizing Ideas and delivering Cutting edge solutions in the Healthcare Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics using Conversational AI/ML.

Prior to joining QurHealth, Kiran cofounded GoDB Tech and served as their Chief Innovation Officer providing mission critical solutions involving high velocity and volume of data in BFSI and FMCG enterprises.

Kiran has developed and launched secure VM platform & solutions that are used in millions of devices worldwide from Mobile Devices to STBs.

Brian Burwell

Healthcare Policy and Research Leader(Medicaid)

Brian Burwell is leading Qurhealth’s care delivery of long-term services and supports (LTSS) for the MCO’s, Health Plans, Providers and Payers. At Ventech, he is the vice president, health care policy and research, where his work includes research, consulting services, policy analysis, and technical assistance in financing and delivery of LTSS and data analysis related to integrated care models for dually eligible beneficiaries and managed LTSS.

Prior to Ventech, Mr. Burwell was a senior executive in the government health and human services unit at IBM Watson Health. He received his bachelor of arts from Dartmouth college.

Fred Altimont

SVP Strageic Partnerships

Fred is an accomplished business leader with over three decades of experience in developing teams and creating innovative IT solutions for health conditions. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Health Solutions Growth at Ventech, where he is responsible for driving strategic growth and revenue, while also building a partner ecosystem. Fred has established strong relationships with public sector health agencies, including the VA, DHA, and HHS, and is a recognized expert in digital programs for chronic disease management, tele-behavioral health, and patient experience platforms.

Before joining Ventech, Fred was the Vice President of Business Development at OptumServe, where he led the Total Resilience for Veterans program. His mission to simplify the management of personal health has earned him a reputation as a champion for healthcare accessibility, affordability, and accountability.

From 2013 to 2017, Fred served as the President of ViiMed, a Virtual Interactive Healthcare software company. During his tenure, he executed the company's mission to connect virtual care teams and personalized pathways for healthier patients, building business relationships with innovative thought leaders in healthcare organizations, government leaders, and technologists.

Prior to his work in the startup space, Fred was the Program Executive at Microsoft, where he led the Federal Healthcare Solutions Group. His team focused on public sector health applications, federal and state health programs, government policies, and meaningful technology solutions. Fred's tenure at Microsoft was marked by numerous awards, including the President's Circle of Excellence for leadership.

Fred earned a B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech and lives in Olney, Maryland, with his wife and daughters.

Jim Reilly

SVP Business Development and Operations

Meet Jim Reilly, an accomplished professional with a passion for transforming the healthcare landscape. As the SVP of Business Development and Operations at QurHealth, Jim spearheads the development of strategic relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, leveraging the cutting-edge QurHealth Conversational AI platform. With a keen focus on demonstrating the platform's value propositions and return on investment, Jim plays a crucial role in driving innovation and progress in the industry.

Jim brings over 25 years of leadership experience, with notable roles as a nursing executive and a connected health executive. During his career, he has achieved significant milestones, particularly in developing and launching integrated remote patient monitoring solutions. These solutions are designed to improve patient experiences and outcomes in value-based care settings while optimizing healthcare utilization. Jim's expertise has played a vital role in enhancing patient care and making positive contributions to the healthcare landscape.

Prior to joining QurHealth, Jim held a notable position as Vice President of Remote Patient Monitoring at Connect America, where he demonstrated expertise and dedication to advancing patient care through technology.

Jim's unique academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) earned from Eastern University. These unique qualifications further enhance his ability to drive strategic healthcare initiatives and contribute to positive changes within the industry.

Cindy Kmeick

VP Payor Relations

As QurHealth’s Vice President of Payor/Provider Relations, Cindy brings nearly three decades of healthcare business development and leadership around complex payor and provider digital health solutions to our company. She is responsible for engaging, developing, and incorporating new healthcare logo’s into the QurHealth brand.

Prior to joining QurHealth, Cindy has held leadership roles working with revenue growth within all aspects and service lines within provider and payor environments. She has represented some of the most successful companies in our industry such as GE, Best Buy Health, Allscripts, Dell and Draeger, giving her not only deep clinical/technical knowledge, but workflow proficiency, critical for understanding complex environments and turning focus on improvement. Her knowledge of key issues facing healthcare today strengthen conversations and represent avenues for change and success. Using her knowledge of population health, digital incorporation, streamlined workflows and user adaptation Cindy has helped restore revenue, elevate social economic inclusion, and reduce cost while improving health access, especially around chronic health issues.

She currently lives in Florida, and travels the US, originating from the hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She holds a BS from Indiana University, Six Sigma Black Belt certification and the coveted General Electric Medical Systems Crotonville Executive Management, as well as Harvard Medical School Courses.

Dr. Patta Radhakrishna is a renowned surgeon with over 26 years of extensive experience in the field of Gastro-esophageal, Hepato-pancreatic-biliary, Colo-rectal Surgery, and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery with extensive experience in some of the top-notch corporate hospitals in the recent past. Among his long list of professional achievements, his education and work at JIPMER, Pondicherry, and in India’s most renowned GI unit at AIIMS deserve a special mention. Dr. Patta Radhakrishna has pioneered one of the largest series of daycare laparoscopic surgeries in India with excellent results. He is also the founding member of Learning General Surgery, a Facebook group with more than 39,000 members - predominantly doctors, medical students and other healthcare fraternity members.

Dr. Anitha Ramesh practices at Paterson Cancer Center in Vadapalani, Chennai and Apollo Speciality Hospital in Vanagaram, Chennai. She completed MBBS from National Medical college, Calcutta University in 1992,MD - Radiotherapy from Banaras Hindu University in 1997 and DM - Oncology from DR.MGR Medical University in 2000. She is a member of Member of International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP). and Member of European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO).. Some of the services provided by the doctor are: Radiation Therapy and Brachytherapy (Internal Radiation Therapy) etc.
